[Light Vortex] being buffed isn't going to do much, since only retards get hit with that. (Though before we understood what to do for this, it explains why
Holysabeline and others didn't die from this on the first attempt)
I don't remember them casting
[Surge of Light] or
[Surge of Darkness] at all, so now that they will, maybe that's a bit of AoE damage to heal through, and we won't be able to do the encounter with four (And what really could have been only two) healers.
They are also increasing the frequency that the balls come out, which seems like a buff more than a nerf, since it's very rare that people die from those, so we'll always have time to heal people up who take damage from them, but when people become empowered, they do more damage...
I honestly can't see why this would prevent us from one-shotting the encounter...
Fun idea I just thought of for hard mode: You can only heal people the same polarity as you, or it does damage to the target, a la
[Corrupted Healing] from Blackwing Lair...
