New Hosting

I'm switching IA.net over to a new host today. It could take anywhere from 1-48 hours for the changeover to finish. Until the changeover is complete, any new posts from now forward will not be saved on the new host (I took a snapshot a minute ago of the forum as it was, which is what the new host will reflect).

You'll know the change is complete when you no longer see this post at the top of the news feed, because I took the snapshot before I made this post. All posts / attachments will be untouched, the only thing that I'm not copying over is the DKP history, since that's pretty much irrelevant now.

Assuming everything goes according to plan, there will be no downtime, and as soon as the nameservers update, the new host will be working without issues.

Even though I said this wouldn't be copied over, I had to do a second pull because of how huge the attachments database was, but we're all good on the new server.

There was a bit of downtime during the switch which I didn't anticipate because the DKP databases weren't copied over, which was fucking with the entire home page (Trying to pull recent loot from a database that didn't exist), but should be all set now.

Please let me know if you notice any other issues or things that aren't working quite like they used to.

Tried clicking on my name from the forum list to find a recent thread to post a review in and got an error screen telling me the server could not handle the compression or something, can duplicate it for a screenshot but I suppose maybe its just there is no history to review since server change maybe?


Edit: Well I took a screenshot of the error message but I do not have the access required to load an image as I recieved this message when I attempted to upload it

Not sure what either of those mean. I just checked permissions, and registered users should be able to upload attachments.

Never heard of the compression before, but I'll look into it.

Well lets me attach now but the pic is pretty tiny but it blows up when you click on it, thats the error message I got clicking my name from the forums menu trying to see old threads and stuff I posted in.
